Radha’s value system centers on the belief that life led, and work done with purpose, with truth, focus and honest hard work will result in something beautiful. And it is with the intent of spreading this belief amongst the next generation of entrepreneurs that Radha joined the Work Capital journey.
For over two and a half decades, Radha has created and led industry leadership networks across the country centered on the creation of independent economic and business insight. A renowned name in India’s business leadership community, her perspective on the Indian economy, its socio-political landscape, and business best practices are valued by both Indian and Global Boards and industry leaders. For a decade and a half, Radha curated and chaired over 120 discussions each year among CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and CMOs, forming bridges of interaction within the industry and among government and industry.
At Work Capital, Radha advises early-stage startups in various areas including leadership, community/network development, corporate governance, and Industry/Government alliances.
Radha believes in the power of wholesome, sustainable living, and most of all, in the power of giving. In her personal capacity, she is closely involved with various philanthropic initiatives.
Radha is passionate about all fauna – wildlife and forest conservation at one end and cats/dogs/horses at the other. She is deeply interested in music and the arts.

Pankaj is an entrepreneur, who believes in the power of deploying capital to give meaning and access to work. This thought led him to create Work Capital, an initiative that aims to make work accessible to 10 million people by 2030, all the while balancing matter and spirit in its approach.
Pankaj Bansal is also the Co-Founder and Group CEO of PeopleStrong, which comprises three independent businesses: PeopleStrong Alt, Taggd, and Wheebox. A part of the task force of Mission KarmYogi, Pankaj is working with the Government of India for introducing capacity building and reforms in bureaucracy. He is on the advisory board of Sunstone Eduversity, India’s first Pay after Placement management institute.
At Work Capital, Pankaj advises early-stage startups in various areas including funding, defining the vision, aligning teams and scale-up plans.
Pankaj is the Founding Trustee of YouInYou, a trust that aims to ignite young minds and step up underprivileged children. He is also part of the advisory board of Empower Foundation – a Not for Profit organisation that works with vulnerable sections of society.

Of all things that Work Capital aims to achieve in its journey, it was the opportunity to balance matter and spirit that inspired Kamakshi to join Work Capital. She believes that both organizations and individuals need to find this middle (balanced) path if they want to create something meaningful in the New World of Work.
Kamakshi is a Marketing and Strategy professional who brings over a decade of experience across diverse fields: Marketing, GTM and Sales Strategy, Product Strategy, and Development. She started her journey at PeopleStrong, where she was part of the transformative journey of the brand, from an MPHRO operating in India to a global SaaS HR Tech organization. She led the marketing efforts of both the HR Tech and Recruitment businesses of PeopleStrong – right from Thought Leadership, Demand Generation to Content and PR. She worked very closely with the executive team of PeopleStrong to conceptualize and execute the GTM strategy of the business. She then moved to Taggd, a digital recruitment platform by PeopleStrong, as its Head of Strategy and Marketing and is currently working with the Marketing, Product, and Customer onboarding teams to create the largest recruitment platform for Ready-to-Hire Talent in Asia.
Creating a brand’s identity and bringing it to life through detailed execution is one of her key interest areas. And at Work Capital, Kamakshi works with early-stage startups in various areas including Branding, GTM and marketing initiatives.
